Hermitage Conservation Club

Founded in 1936, the club is always looking for new members and new ideas to support the spirit in which the club was created, to preserve the environment.  Hermitage provides trapshooting, pheasant rearing, preservation and development of habitat, tree planting, fish stocking, participates in Trees for Tomorrow, and maintains the boat landing at the Clubhouse on the Sheboygan River.

Annual dues are $40; junior membership $5.  Special activities include sponsoring/hosting Turkey Federation Shoot, excellent Hunter Education program, purchase magazines for area schools, and development of wood duck and pheasant programs.

Clubhouse 3.5 miles north of Elkhart Lake on Highway 67 – available for private parties.  Have trap shooting; 110 acres of land for members only hunting, fishing, camping. We have trapshooting league on Tuesday nights from May till August, and open shooting on Saturdays in the month of April. There is no open shooting on Sundays. Meetings are on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm.
